This is an exceptional opportunity to enhance your career as a Project Manager within a leading FTSE250 FM Outsourcing business. Our clients team is comprised of a broad range of experts in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, project management and procurement. This is your chance to join them to assist with the Expansion of the South Wales/ South West project capability, to include larger and wider ranging service provision including FM capability.

Working on a broad range of projects consecutively from planning new fabric equipment or machine installations to managing full, high end office refits. You will follow a clear process for each project, managing from the very start, ultimately handing over the completed project to the relevant FM departments.

The person we are looking for must be able to:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring best value
* Demonstrate the range of services available and self-deliver as many as possible / practical
* Meet or exceed margin and revenue expectations

Main duties
* Enhance Project volumes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customer base
* Develop new clients opportunities and clients
* Maintain MFA supplier use above 70%
* Aid operations development to further develop project opportunity and margin
* Ensure all project are delivered seamlessly and are fully compliant
* Prepare and manage tender submissions from concept through to completion
* Produce and deliver quotations in a timely manner
* Manage projects under CDM regulations and appropriate QHSE
* Responsible for project budgets and profitability
* Travel throughout Northern Region
*Managing numerous projects (Small projects anything from a leaking roof, LED lighting, patrician wall, new *fabric equipment to full high end office refit)
*Projects from £30k to £1.2m.

Person Specification
* Previous experience of managing a project team and projects
* Degree qualified in electrical / mechanical discipline
* Technically proficient in mechanical / electrical engineering
* Strong communicator / presenter
* Highly self-motivated & able to motivate your team to over achieve
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and pressure
* Full driving licence
* Commercially aware and able to develop and maximise margins
* FM experience
* Proficient on Auto Cad, MS Project, Excel and Word
