This is an outstanding opportunity to join an expanding Grounds Maintenance Services provider
Applicants should be experienced in managing grounds maintenance contracts.
up to £1 million budget, previous self employed experience would be an advantage, but not essential You must have ability to manage a mixed work force of both directly employed and sub contract staff.

Covering all services from multi site Grounds Maintenance/Soft landscapes to Winter Gritting and Arboriculture.
The Manager should have the ability to liaise directly with client, manage staff effectively and estimate for new business within the region, with the support of senior managers.

Full back office support will be provide
Package 32k basic plus ote
