Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Salary: £30,000 per year

We are recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader. Along with a salary of up to £30,000 per year, you will also benefit from a company vehicle, overtime, 20 days holiday (plus all bank holidays), a pension and bonus scheme. 

The Grounds Maintenance Team Leader will join a well established and growing company that works across the South East and be working on a large contract that includes sites in London and the Home Counties.

As the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will:

• Work on Social Housing and Local Authority Sites (housing estates, flats, care, and support blocks) and complete a mix of grounds maintenance tasks which will include mowing, strimming, sweeping, litter picking, maintaining shrubs and beds, hedge cutting, pruning, planting and weed spraying.

To be considered as the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader you will need:

• To be either an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader or Senior Operative.
• A minimum of two years working within the Grounds Maintenance sector.
• A full UK driving licence.
• PA1 and PA6.

If you have any other related tickets, qualifications or a trailer licence that would be useful but is not a specific requirement.
