As a Graduate Head Hunter you will be responsible for:
– Generating new candidates; their names, profile and backgrounds
– Research and map financial markets
– Follow up on cold leads
– Build long term relationships with candidates and clients
– Attend client meetings to fully understand the brief
– Put together short lists of suitable candidates
– Provide high quality placements to grow the company and maintain the high reputation
– Achieve and when possible exceed company and personal targets

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Head Hunter:
– 2:1 degree or above from a top university
– Fluent in an additional European language
– Exceptional communication skills and polished
– Strong research and report skills
– Confidence and Gravitas
– Hard working and Professional
– Ambitious and hardworking
– Office experience is favourable
