An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join a close-knit multidisciplinary team within an Architecture, Planning and Development Consultancy.
My client is a planning-led design practice that combines Architecture, Planning and Development Consultancy as a cohesive approach to all development projects within the UK and beyond.
My client is looking for a Graduate candidate to perform planning assessments of sites, planning statements, and submit and manage planning applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in local plan representations, and strategic land planning.
Some of the services provided by my client, which you will assist on, include:
Detail and outline planning application management.
Preparation of planning statements.
Expert witness services.
Planning appeals.
Listed building consent.
Community group support.The requirements for the successful candidate include:
Bachelors and/or Post graduate degree in a planning related field.
Previous experience in a planning related role.
Experience with strategic land planning desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage workload and deadlines.
Ability to work from own initiative as well as part of a team.Why apply?
