Basic Salary £30,000OTE £45,000

Our core competencies are the supply and integration of IT infrastructure technology, ranging from complex data centre solutions incorporating Blade Systems & Storage Subsystems to Workgroup Servers and onto volume deployments of Laptop and Desktop systems. We provide a full range of complementary engineering and consultancy services in the fields of Implementation, Consolidation and Virtualisation.

About you: – Awesome Graduate with a dynamic personality
– You will learn how to develop executive and senior management relationships in client organisations as well as learn to be able to identify and develop the most attractive opportunities for potential engagement
– You will develop and take responsibility for the ongoing qualification of these opportunities
– You’ll decide whether to engage, disqualify, or refer opportunities to other teams within Tangible Benefit
– You will drive sales in new and existing accounts and lead opportunity development with other Tangible Benefit team members and clients to convert the opportunity into a delivery engagement
– You’ll bring passion, credibility and a point of view to our clients to help them solve their business challenges
– You’ll also have the ability to leverage their sales experience and demonstrate a strong will to win

Required: Graduate with fire and desire to reach the top – Quickly!
– The gravitas to engage with CEO’s and senior executives in their language and build relationships which are capable of being leveraged by Tangible Benefit
– Ability to work across multiple sectors or industry verticals
– Team player. Interlock closely and build strong working relationships with other internal departments (where applicable)
– Self drive & motivation for sales
– Self-motivated to continuously expand personal & professional knowledge
– Execute the sales mission as directed by senior management
– Identify, create, progress non complex deals

– Be willing to travel as required including travel around Europe to fit business needs
– Have outstanding teamwork skills working across various groups
– Possess excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
– Be comfortable presenting to any size of group at any level

– Track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible programme execution
– Willingness to commit significant amount of time to develop themselves, and other individuals and teams within Tangible Benefit
– Successfully combine strong sales skills with some technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients
