Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham, West Midlands
£19000-£21000 + OTE + Benefits
**2 POSITIONS LEFT**
Established 18 years ago, we are looking to recruit new Recruitment Consultants to join the business and work in the IT & Environmental team with existing clients covering the UK.
To apply the successful Recruitment Consultant will have the following background
- A strong academic background ideally to degree or further education level
- Experience working in a sales environment, with any telephone sales knowledge being of particular interest.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- An ambitious, competitive nature.
- A great team player
The Recruitment Consultant will receive full training, a structured career path and the opportunity to earn off a commission scheme paying out at 30% as a minimum. You will get to work with established clients and receive unlimited earnings.
