£20,000 Plus Car Allowance, pension.

Our client, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor specialising in dispute support is going through some impressive expansion and due to this are looking to appoint a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their service team based near Oldham. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work directly with the senior consultant.

The role will involve supporting the consultant on Contractor and subcontractor requirements in their professional project administration needs. You will develop into this role.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor requirements –

– Be degree qualified as a graduate in Quantity Surveying (or relevant industry degree)

– Have outstanding written/verbal communication skills and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

– Be organised and aim to conduct work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

– Have a personable disposition

– Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

– To be determined, enthusiastic and motivated with a personal drive to succeed

Salary is starting at £26,000per year basic, plus car allowance, plus good pension, holiday, private health care and additional benefits. They will continue to support your studies as needed.
