A cutting-edge state of the art Leeds based Marketing company seeks a junior IT Support person to work on the following:
Install and configure Windows 7 & 8 for new starters in the company
Install and configure Microsoft Office suite
Hardware installation / Software installation
Understanding of networking topology
Diagnostics of software & hardware issues
Use of Google apps for business
Trouble shooting daily IT queries including the account handling for internet services, googlemail and so on
Essential Skills:
Familiar with AppleMac and Linux via SSH
Desirable Skills:
Understanding of network file system services
Understanding of common web services
Manage several different types of filesystems & RAID configurations
Basic level of bash
Personal skills:
A can do, keen and friendly personality, with a real passion for technology
Someone excited about new technology who will welcome the opportunity totrain to become a programmer in time
