Graduate Business Development Executive up to £38k Base. + OTE
Our clients are a Multi-award wining company, with highly intelligent people within their teams. This role would be suited to high octane Graduates who have a winning mentality, and at the same time fantastic client facing skills. There maybe elements of National and International travel involved in this position, we are looking for 5 Graduate hires.
Graduate Business Development Executive
The Role:
Successful candidates are handed significant responsibility and autonomy from the very beginning. You’ll be interacting with large client Prospects from the off. Underpinned by excellent training and support, you’ll quickly obtain a thorough grounding in sales and business development.
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace our client operates in
- Reach out to key decision makers over the phone in order to schedule meetings – developing relationships, qualifying opportunities and securing commitment
- Strategically generate new business leads, identifying and profiling prospects and key decision makers
- Attend the appointments you schedule, educating and influencing prospects to build value
- Deliver demonstrations, quotes and tenders
The Graduate Business Development Executive:
- Degree educated to a 2.1 standard Minimum, Good A Levels or EQUIV
- Keen to learn about, AI, Machine Learning, NLP, IoT, Unified Comms, Software and Cloud Applications
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Desirable – customer facing experience
- Good candidates will be personable and structured with good communication and presentation skills
- Ambitious and determined
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, target driven environment
