We have an exciting opportunity for a talented graduate to earn uncapped commission as a Sales Executive within a competitive and energetic IT services and solutions business. Owing to rapid growth, this award-winning business is seeking to recruit a top graduate to become part of a new team in their Leeds City Centre offices in January 2015. Your purpose will be to boost the growth of the company support by securing new and developing existing business.

As a Graduate IT Sales Executive you will be expected to:

* Spend time carefully researching and gathering intelligence on new business prospects
* Consistently make successful outbound calls with key decision makers
* Have the acumen to identify new sales opportunities, and issue quotes to them in a timely manner
* Take responsibility for your own accounts, and manage them effectively
* Generate good quality leads and relationships through business-to-business (B2B) cold calling
* Ensure that customers are aware of suitable products available to meet their needs
* Lead and participate in customer visits if and when required
* Go above and beyond at all times to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

A well-educated and competitive Graduate is required for this role. You must be well-organised and commercially aware, and have a strong desire to work within a target-driven environment. In order to succeed in this demanding role, you will:

* Be educated to degree level or equivalent
* Possess a strong desire to work within a target-driven environment
* Be extremely motivated, and be able to work proactively under your own initiative
* Have background experience or have a strong interest in IT
* Be driven to develop business, and surpass all targets set
* Have outstanding communication skills, and a knack for building strong and productive relationships.
