Graduate Design Technician (Building Services)

£16,000 – £25,000 + career progression + extensive training + pension

Warwickshire- commutable from Redditch, Warwick, Worcester

Days based- Monday to Friday- 40 hours a week

Are you a CAD graduate or technician with experience in building services or similar, looking for extensive training on Revit, AutoCAD and BIM software where you will progress to co-ordinating some of the most exciting projects in the UK?

My client are a specialist design consultancy within building services and construction for BIM, design and prototyping.In the role you will be trained to co-ordinate with customers to design their requirements, solve problems and utilise state-of-the-art 3D/4D/5D digital prototype, design and BIM software.

The company are a small, but highly profitable and rapidly expanding company who need enthusiastic and committed staff to develop into technical experts. There is the rare opportunity here to define your own future, as alongside the extensive training there are routes to into management and senior roles.

The role:

* Working within Building services and construction industries
* Extensive training in design, BIM and document control software
* Design based role with clear progression to become a design co-ordinator

The person:

* A background in MEP/Building Services or construction design
* Experience in CAD
* Enthusiasm to develop your skills through training
