Static Building Services Engineer based in West London, working for a successful building services maintenance contractor that specialise in full building service maintenance, PPM and reactive on prestigious site in the North East London area.

As the successful static building services maintenance engineer you will attending ppm and basic reactive on general building services, lamping, water temperature checks, basic plumbing duties.

As the successful Static Site Building Services Technician you will be

Based form a prestigious site in North East London
Working shifts 7am to 4pm / 9am to 6pm
General PPM on HVAC and building services
Oversee specialist subcontractors on site
Accurate reports on PPM and reporting on breakdowns or remedial works that needs to be quoted for.
Part of an onsite maintenance team
£30k basic + packageTo qualify for the static building services maintenance engineer.

Previously employed as a static building services maintenance technician on a permanent bases.
Located within commuting distance to North East London
