Rapidly-expanding insurance organisation is now seeking consultative-minded individuals to pioneer growth in its Bournemouth office.

With a tailored approach to providing solutions for their clients, this is an organisation that prides itself on the consultative and supportive nature of it`s staff. As a Graduate Customer Care Consultant, you will form the face of the organisation, entrusted with building solid relationships with prospective and existing customers. You will be provided with quality warm leads and charged with gaining a comprehensive understanding of prospects’ needs, before providing a solution. Due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to collaborate with both internal and external agents and adopt a sensitive, personable approach to business. Relationship skills are paramount.

You will benefit from a 6-month academy to equip you with the tools you require for long-term success.
