One of the world leading real estate and construction consultancies if looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding department. The Graduate Building Surveyor will be offered the opportunity to being their APC immediately, with the director successfully supporting numerous Graduate Surveyors successfully through first time and usually after just two years.

The Graduate Building surveyor will move around different team within the office to sign off all relevant competencies, and once chartered will be given the opportunity to specialise in Party walls or similar.

The Graduate Building Surveyor will have a range of day to day duties including;

* Contract Administration and Project Management
* Dilapidation, Acquisition and Disposal surveys
* Party wall and Neighbourly matters
* Due diligence and defect diagnosis
* Planning, specification and other reports.

The Graduate Building Surveyor will work on a range of projects and properties for a range of blue chip developers, investors, occupiers and funders.

Ideally the Graduate Building Surveyor will have a keen interest in Party Walls, and also have;

* Some industry working experience, ideally within a practice or consultancy
* Have an RICS accredited degree, with the desire to become a chartered surveyors
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, this is a client facing role
* Have a full UK driving license as some travel may be required (not essential)

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be offered a fantastice starting salary of between £27,600 – £33,600 and £28,000 with a range of benefits (pension, APC, CPD, healthcare etc).
