Part Time GP Receptionist

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced GP Receptionist. The working hours for the role are Tuesday – Friday 08.00-12.00 with a double shift on a Friday: 3.00-6.00PM. This position is due to start ASAP and is considered an on going temp position.
Main duties:
Answering calls
Transferring calls to the correct departments/ person
Updating the telephony switch board database
Face to face communication with doctors and patients
Booking appointments
Arranging prescriptions
Supporting all GP’s.

Person Specification:
Must be immediate available
Must have previous experience in GP/ Surgery environment
Highly organised
Excellent telephone manner
