Global Payroll Performance Manager

Salary: £78,000 – £80,400 per year

We have and exciting opportunity working for a prestigious organisation as a Global Payroll Performance Manager to support the current effectiveness and future growth of Global Payroll Services. The Global Payroll Performance Manager will have responsibility for ensuring consistency across the Global Payroll by team and by grade for each individual’s personal objectives, as well as driving consistency for appraisals and promotions. Also be responsible for structuring training plans and producing materials for new joiners as well as existing staff. In more detail, your remit will be:

 Ensure processes and systems are in place for regular feedback and the ongoing performance measurement and review of GPS team members are in line with policies including use of Workday

• Deliver consistency within the GPS teams for objectives and appraisals to achieve Global Payroll’s strategy and objectives.
• Work with line managers to identify performance issues and identify training requirements
• Ensure processes and systems are in place to deliver both the successful on-boarding of new employees and the ability to measure performance against pre-defined targets during probation
• Oversee the planning and materials for global payroll specific training to support and enhance the team’s development
• Work with the directors and senior managers to identify, document and deliver Graduate and Trainee programs

 
You will have previous experience in a Global payroll environment. You should have proven, senior managerial experience and demonstrate experience in leading diverse, multicultural, and global teams. You will be diligent and possess real attention to detail with excellent communication skills and be highly proficient in IT applications and engineering process and control.
