German Speaking Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:

The company seeks a German Speaking Inside sales executives on a Full-time permanent basis. The main focus of the job will be to increase company profitable sales by providing excellent customer service on inbound calls to our German clients. PipIndex are ideally looking for a career driven individual that is money motivated. As long as you have a very high interest in working within the Online Financial Trading industry, previous experience within the financial trading industry / within a brokerage is NOT required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Warm calling pre-existing clients/users and developing new business rapport
• Identifying business development opportunities including high value clients via client profiling and fully assisting all clients
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with individual clients via phone and email
• Professionally identify and cross sell additional products and services where appropriate
• Explaining financial trading and financial concepts to individual traders
• Assisting clients with platform related queries and configuring the same
• Manage incoming enquiries and support clients queries in a timely manner
• The successful applicant will be expected to meet specific daily and weekly KPIs, including, but not limited to, daily and weekly call rates and specific call qualities so as to support each client fully
• Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone so as to fully assist each client and assess new business opportunities

Skills & Experience:

• Native German is a must
• Degree/diploma/third level qualification required, preferably from a business or finance related field
• Ability to also communicate well in English verbally and written
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office essential
• A demonstrable interest in finance or financial trading – be it Forex, Equities, Indices, Commodities, Bonds, ETFs or combinations of the same
• Experience within a sales environment that can demonstrate excellent Customer service skills and generate telephone sales
