• Polish as Mother Language or Fluent Polish speaking skill

• Accurate production of quotes and reports
• Provision of sales activity support
• General customer services/relations activity

Responsibilities

Sales Support Services

• As a Sales Executive you will manage and nurture client accounts both in the UK and Europe.
• You will be the first point of contact for various businesses and will be entrusted with representing the business to key clients
• You will have a portfolio of key clients and to nurture their entire client portfolio.
• Processing of customer orders
• Liaison with customer to keep them informed of any issues arising in connection to their orders
• Dealing with general customer/sales order enquiries
• Ensures customer orders are filed in a timely and accurate fashion
• Ensure prompt mailing of all customer invoices
• Dealing with customers’ service complaints
• Answering all queries to the company`s Sales Support Team in a timely and efficient manner.
• Working closely with the sales and marketing team toward the accurate and timely production of quotes and compilation of tender information as requested or required.
• Ensuring that prices invoiced to customers are maintained and in accordance with current quotes or tenders.
• Ensuring that timely acknowledgement of all customer correspondence is communicated to relevant parties using all company`s systems
• Ensuring that information requests as directed by Marketing Services Manager are fulfilled in a timely manner i.e. usage figures or data inputting to company`s existing sales systems.
