My global client within the media is seeking a HR Coordinator who is fluent in French and German to join their London offices

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Located in London, you will provide exceptional support to the HR Manager with a primary focus on the co-ordination and delivery of operational and administrative activities throughout EMEA and Australia, while also working with colleagues in the US. This is a challenging role and requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with excellent organisation, coordination and administrative skills.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and support HR Projects to improve HR systems and processes. Act independently to determine methods and procedures, including making recommendations for new procedures.
• Provide support to the wider HR team in the development and delivery of HR service in line with Global strategy and ad hoc projects as they relate to Human Resources.
• Provide first line advice to employees on policies and processes.
• Keep up to date on relevant legislation and HR practices.
• Provide recruitment support, including the management of the candidate tracking system and new hire administrative procedures.
• Maintain internal headcount requisition processes.
• Manage contract administration, hire & leaver processes and all other HR correspondence as required.
• Maintain accurate and organised HR records and filing systems.
• Lead payroll administration and data gathering for EMEA & Australia and liaise closely with the centralised international payroll team in the US to ensure strict control procedures for timely processing.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of new hire orientation and other company training programs.
• Streamline administrative processes that support internal controls.
• Deliver accurate and timely employee data to our benefits providers (new starter/leaver/contractual changes).
• Responsible for communicating real-time employee changes to the HRIS team in the US to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collate exit interview data for all leavers for regular interpretation of results.
• Prepare, process and analyse a variety of data, information and reports, including the design of reports where required. Provide regular feedback to HR Manager and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Manage invoicing, coding appropriately and ensuring timely processing through accounts payable.
• Participate on the social teams and maintain budget expenditure.
• Maintain regional organisational charts.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Essential experience of working within an EMEA or European HR environment.
• Experience of HRIS/HR systems (SAP preferred), and collating international payroll data.
• Experience with applicant and candidate tracking systems (jobvite preferred).
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• First class communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flair for organization driven by a systematic approach.
• Strong numeracy skills.
• Highly capable team player with proven ability to work on multiple projects within strict deadlines.
• Think creatively, express ideas and be supportive of others.
• Solution focused through own initiative and drive for achievement.
• High accountability for accuracy and quality of work.
• Possess a good understanding of HR policies and practices together with experience of adding value to the business and HR department.
• Ability to be flexible with working times due to the nature of working across different time zones.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and maintain confidentiality.
• Adaptability.
• Positive attitude and professional approach at all times.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential and business level German and French would be a major bonus (German, French, or combination of above).
