The Company:
Our client is a leading International company in the Multimedia Sector.

Main duties:
To be responsible for the Sales & profitability on the UK market( sale team of 6), act as an interface between the manufacturing plants and the French Headquarter

The Role:
– To sell the company’s services to customers, maintain and expand profitability in the UK.
– To develop new accounts and retain the existing ones.
– To identify customer requirements, future plans and budgets.
– To keep the client database updated with existing and prospective accounts.
– To lead the team and on-board new sales representatives.
– To assist the sales team on reaching targets.
– To advise the European Sales Director on strategy, focusing on revenue growth.

The Candidate:
– Fluent in French in additional to English (written and spoken)
– Previous experience as Sales Manager/Director – essential
– Degree educated in Business or similar
– Able to identify and meet customers’ needs
– Strong problem solver and self-starter attitude
– Experience in consumer packaging – advantage
– Good understanding of transactional print sales – advantage

The Salary:
Circa £84,000 pa + Bonus + Bens
