Salary: £36,000 – £39,600 per year
Our client is one of the UK’s largest and most progressive leisure centre operators. They run a number of facilities across the UK and are looking to recruit a General Manager for their leading site based in Clevedon.
KEY OBJECTIVES
– To ensure financial targets are achieved.
– To ensure the strategic and day to day management of the Centre.
– To ensure the Centre operates in accordance with the Contract Specification.
– To ensure the Quality Management Systems are interpreted throughout the site.
– To support and develop staff in achieving their objectives.
– To assist the Contract Manager / Area Manager / Regional Director with specific projects
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years General Management experience within a large multi use leisure operation.
