Salary: £42,000 – £66,000 per year

About the role:
We are currently seeking to recruit a General Manager to run one of our busy bodyshops. Reporting to the Territory Manager, the successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility for the site, ensuring that resources and facilities are aligned to deliver profitable performance, growth and outstanding customer service.
About you:
Detailed knowledge of the accident repair industry and previous experience of running a successful bodyshop are essential. You will possess excellent people management skills and demonstrate the ability to engage positively with customers. A strong team leader, IT literate and able to successfully deliver sustained, profitable growth, you will relish the challenge of taking on a key role with the industry leader.
You may currently be working as a Bodyshop Manager, Accident Repair Centre Manager, General Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager within a Bodyshop or Motor Repair Centre.
