We are delighted to be working with this privately owned, well established, successful and innovative logistics business. With presence throughout the UK, they successfully manage complex logistics and warehouse solutions for a variety of high profile customers, across a range of industries.

Their success has been as a result of having the right expertise in place to offer customers the right, most effective and commercial solutions. They continue to grow, with ambitious and realistic plans to impact their turnover significantly over the next couple of years.

In order to support this success there exists a rare and exciting opportunity for exceptional General Manager’s to manage best in class operations whilst delivering creative and robust commercial solutions.

The successful candidates will have a solid track record in successfully managing depots (shared user preferably); taking full accountability for the budget, utilising natural leadership skills to cascade objectives and designing and implement innovative continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiencies.

Commercially astute, you will manage relationships with key suppliers including regularly managing performance and demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to deliver robust and value for money contracts and terms.

This is a customer centric business and as General Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, taking responsibility for negotiating any changes to the service and solution offered to be a valued partner, demonstrating expertise within logistics and warehousing.
