Salary: £26,000 per year
We are currently recruiting for a permanent general domestic.
Working within a team of 4 in a residential care home for the elderly
Undertake general cleaning duties in resident’s rooms and all communal areas.
Ensure a regular thorough clean of rooms and all areas are undertaken which may include moving furniture and resident’s possessions as appropriate in line with cleaning schedules.
Ensure all residents rooms are cleaned according to the cleaning specification and that rooms are prepared for new residents as instructed by a Senior Officer.
Respect the privacy and dignity of residents at all times.
Ensure all working practices are in accordance with current health & safety legislation, Infection Control and that COSHH regulations are adhered to as well as the Home’s policies and procedures.
5 days week, 25 – 30 hours. Some weekends will be necessary.
Position is subject to an enhanced DBS check & 2 satisfactory references.
Proof of covid vaccinations requried.
