Hours: 37.5
Salary: £42,000

We are Grace Eyre, a charity that supports people with learning disabilities. We have a major challenge on our hands! In addition to our contracted work, we need to raise close to £0.5m per year in order to really meet the needs of the people who use our services and support them to be as independent as they can be.

We’re looking for an ambitious and target driven fundraiser! The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships and will demonstrate:

• A successful track record of generating income against agreed targets
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to develop and sustain relationships with a variety of stakeholders and funders at all levels.
• Proven track record of influencing and persuading others.
• Experience of developing compelling proposals.
• Managerial experience.
• Strong administration, organisational and time management skills.
• Strong IT skills.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
