Salary: £26,000 per year
A successful Facilities Management Company based in Leicester LE3 are looking to expand their friendly team and recruit a Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator.
The successful candidate will possess:
A professional, clear and confident telephone manner.
Strong team player skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
A good understanding of basic Microsoft Office.
A highly focused approach on delivering excellent customer service.
A positive and pro-active attitude.
The ability to work on their own initiative.
The ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
A high level of accuracy for all tasks.
Good time management skills.
Duties Include:
Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager.
Supporting the business by carrying out varied administration duties.
Being the first point of contact for all client, engineers and contractor telephone calls.
Updating client databases.
Monitoring and responding to emails.
Problem solving and collating information.
Scheduling engineers in for maintenance visits.
Gathering costs from engineers in order to compile customer quotations and cost uplifts.
Other customer service and administration tasks.
Hours 08:30am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday.
Salary: £26,000per year
28 days holiday inclusive of UK bank holidays.
Precision Facilities Management operates a comprehensive service spanning across the complete building and property management environment. Our solutions cover small general repairs on an ad hoc basis, through to complete maintenance packages for all building types and surrounding areas.
