Front of House Receptionist

A really exciting role for an enthusiastic, friendly, confident, engaging and presentable candidate who thrives in a Front of House role.

Working in a brand new refurbished office, you will feel pride in your role as you meet and greet all guests and staff. You will ensure all external calls are answered within 3 rings in an efficient and professional manner, you greet all guests in a polite, and professional manner and always have a smile on your face.

Duties

Point of contact for meeting room issues and bookings
Sorting and distribution of incoming post and deliveries
Maintain a presentable reception environment throughout the day
Ordering office supplies
Monitor and action facilities requests via the Facilities helpdesk
Manage and update the pigeon holes / outgoing mail for staff
Coordinate Dry Cleaning services for staff and maintain relationship with the service provider
Booking of Taxi’s and couriers as requested
