This award-winning London based Aesthetic Clinic who specialise in bespoke laser and non-laser skin treatments the heart of Chelsea could provide the perfect opportunity

Daily Responsibilities:

• Managing/ensuring the smooth running of all appointments, maintaining a well run and organised reception area
• Making, rescheduling, confirming, and cancelling appointments,
• Processing payments in multiple formats, issuing refunds, confident cash handling, reconciling end of day banking and problem-solving cash sheets
• Managing the clinic emails promptly for all client enquiries, including advise on skincare, appointments, and reactions, as well as client feedback in any area
• Managing the phone lines in a polite and calm manner, being informative, and have confidence in the knowledge of skin and the related skin products
• Keeping a calm, smooth running waiting area with a friendly atmosphere
• Maintaining the 5* standards of the clinic client areas,
• Stock control management, reconciling stock, ordering stock, uploading stock on the system, Providing retail product advice, understanding and have confidence in product ingredients
• Manage client feedback including treatment reaction, product reaction, and the overall customer journey
• Provide a high-end customer experience
• Opening and closing the clinic

The successful applicant must have previous experience on a busy front desk. Working knowledge in a similar Front of House role in a 5* environment is preferable. A valid UK/ EU work permit is also essential.
