Front End Developer – Agile

My Client require a talented Front End Developer to join them as they embark on a fantastic greenfield project.

The success of the digital transformation of this leading finance and insurance company will be driven by an outstanding Agile delivery team.

You will be creating new and unique web applications and there will be an emphasis on JavaScript as well as utilising other frameworks like AngularJS.

Working in this fast paced environment you will be providing proof of concepts, functionality and versatility directly to the internal stakeholders.

You will be working with and mentoring other developers to create these innovative and unique web products and solutions allowing a fantastic class leading user experience across different browsers and devices.

Required experience:

• Strong frontend experience working with JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5.0, as well as other frameworks like AngularJS or ExtJS
• Building using patterns (MVC, widgets, modular)
• Experience in implementing responsive design
• Experience in unit testing front end code
• Experience with Web/ Enterprise Content Management Systems
• Style and UX skills
• Have successfully applied Agile/XP/Scrum practices and introduced Agile techniques and may have coached teams to apply them effectively
• Experience with version control (GIT/SVN/Mercurial/CVS)
• Experience in continuous integration and build tools (Jenkins, Maven)
• Have been involved with all aspects of software delivery and life cycle, from inception phase to delivery
• Strong experience in Pixel perfect GUI development
