Overview
Working for a Digital Web & Marketing Agency. Our client is currently seeking a talented, passionate and creative web designer with loads of passion to join their team. The main focus of this role is being responsible for delivering responsive web solutions that provide a well planned user experience for the customers and their users. You will utilise your core skills in XHTML5, CSS and JavaScript valid to W3C on a daily basis. You should also have experience to work in WordPress.
Responsibilities
Web Developers / Designers are responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a website. Using a combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge of how web pages are created, the work involves:
– Liaising closely with a customer or client at the design stage
– Producing a design that is eye catching and creative to the chosen target market.
– Writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as hypertext mark-up language (HTML), JavaScript, Action script, Flash or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver is required
– Testing the site and any forms for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions to make sure of the quality that is provided
– SEO knowledge will be needed to make sure that each website is marketed successfully.
This is a flexible role for someone with experience of web design and someone who has Web design / SEO / WordPress capabilities.
