Salary: £32,400 – £36,000 per year
Support Analyst (French Speaking) – Manchester – £32,400 – £36,000 per annum plus company benefits
Our client is an extremely well established and successful IT firm based in Manchester; due to their continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Product Support Analyst who can speak both French and English.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Complete product testing & reconfiguration for new and existing clients
- Deliver new build application configuration
- Provide Client user assistance and support
- Responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Provide advice to Service Managers on service-related issues
All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:
- Excellent written and spoken skills
- Excellent time management and incident prioritisation
- Willingness to learn and build knowledge in IT technologies
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies
Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
