The Company:
New Division within a well established dynamic International Company

Main duties:
– Responsible for Sales & Marketing activity / 1st point of contact with customer – all commercial matters
– Report to Plant Manager

The Role:
Sales & Marketing Activity:

– Analyze and understand customer current and future needs with support of Front End Module team
– Gathers competition information including competition’s activity at customer
– Actively supports the communication with customers (presentations etc)
– Establishes strong links with customer’s Purchasing and Engineering organizations
– Obtains Request For Quotation’s (RFQ) from customers in order to meet Business Plan targets at minimum
– Leads RFQ process internally
– Leads all negotiations with the customer and formally delivers all quotations
– Negotiate price adjustments with customer during development and mass production
– Assumes same key responsibilities for OES and After Market (under Group approval)
– Supports construction of twice yearly Budgets and Business Plan
– Supports construction of commercial targets

Purchasing Activity:

– Follow-up of prices, payment terms application and productivity plans.
– In charge of elaboration, negotiation and signature of contracts with suppliers
– Manages general overheads
– Involvement in -30 plan actions (logistics, packaging, others,…)
– Follow-up of quality performance of suppliers products with Quality Manager
– Negotiation and follow-up of recharged invoices (with the Quality manager)
– Functional management of SQA activities
– In charge of the Purchasing Reporting to the division.

The Candidate:

– French speaking candidate, in addition to fluency in English
– Degree in Business or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
– Strong Sales & Marketing background in Manufacturing / Automotive Sector
– Good knowledge of Purchasing organisations
– Strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial skills
– Financial, analytical and numerical skills
– Team management skills

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 + Attractive Bonus Structure + Benefits
