Sales & Marketing Manager

Experienced Sales & Marketing Manager wanted for fantastic leadership role! Are you a motivated self starter? A natural communicator?

My client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to be a key player in this new position, building up a team from the ground up.

The Role:

For the position of Sales Manager our client is looking for someone to take a leading role in a range of tasks including:

– Working with the team to develop strategic plans to maximise revenue
– Discovering the latest industry trends and understanding the industry landscape and competition
– Introducing the brand to existing contacts in the industry
– Innovating and developing successful and exciting sales techniques and efficiently communicating the company’s technology
– Being involved in all stages of the sales process from meeting new clients to negotiating deals
– Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach sales targets on a monthly basis.
– Overall responsibility for coordinating day-to-day sales activities.
– Drive local marketing and advertising, and understand competitive positioning.
– Develop & implement sales and marketing strategies.
– Build up new and maintain existing customer relationships.
– Coordination of operational, sales & marketing activities.

The candidate for Sales & Marketing Manager:

Along with energy, enthusiasm and drive to develop the business, the ideal candidate for the Sales & Marketing Manager position would have:

– At least 2 years sales & marketing experience in a service driven industry
– Proven sales skills and a real desire to develop lasting relationships with clients
Outstanding written and verbal communication alongside negotiation, presentation and listening skills
– Marketing knowledge to drive sales forward
– Strong analytical skills and excellent work ethic
