The Company:
Our client is a fast growing Fashion Brand exporting world wide

Main duties:
This role central to the smooth running of all their web-stores (France, Germany, U.S.A., Australia and U.K.)

The Role:
– To provide customer support to all online stores
– To have a particular focus on the growing French database
– To translate content for the web-store and our French database
– To process orders and ensure on-time delivery
– To liaise with other departments regarding product Availability / Quality / Shipment / Pricing
– To communicate with customers overseas and handle enquiries and complaints
– To update customers details accurately on the system
– To aid with the supervising and maintaining of the web-store

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)
– Previous experience translating English into French
– Experience with an online or other retailer would be beneficial
– Good administration skills, ability to type,
– Further language skills, especially German, would be a great asset
– Sharp attention to detail with a systematic approach to their work
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills
– IT literate (Excel)

The Salary:
£26,000 – £26,400 per year + bens
