Salary: £60,000 per year
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Freelance Mechanical and Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well respected M&E Building Services contractor based in South West London who provide Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning of Schools, Universities and Government Buildings, with contract values ranging from £50k up to £500k.
Key skills and experience required….
* Experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager / Contracts Manager working within the M&E Building Services sector is essential
* Previous experience working on Schools, Universities, and/or Government Buildings or similar with contract values up to £500k would be preferable.
* You will be managing 3 – 4 Projects simultaneously with contract values raging from £50k up to £500k
* You can be Mechanically or Electrically biased
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong management skills
* Reporting directly to the Managing Director
* Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Relevant Qualifications and Certificates
* Good level of IT skills
Daily Rate
£350 – £400 (depending on experience)
