Contracts Manager – Social Housing

My client is a leading contractor operating within the Reactive/Response Maintenance and Social Housing markets. Due to a number of successful tenders, they are currently looking for a Project/Contracts Manager to run a contract circa £1.5pa.

You will report to a Regional Director and be responsible for driving the senior delivery team, ensuring the contract is delivered on time, safely and achieving targeted KPI’s.

What we are looking for:

You will work for a well-known reactive maintenance, voids & decent homes contractor, delivering a multimillion Reactive Maintenance contract.
You will be reporting into Director Level, delivering a £Multi-Milllion repairs & voids contract.
You will be able to co-ordinate senior management looking after reactive/planned maintenance teams, controlling the surveying and commercial aspects of the contract.
You will have excellent client liaison skills and be able to develop and build existing relationships.

You can expect a basic salary of circa £43,200+ benefits, commensurate with your experience. You will also be eligible for an executive level company car/car allowance along with other fringe benefits.
