My client is very specific with regards to their requirements. You must have experience of working on Decent Homes + Voids refurbishment projects, working for a social housing contractor. Unfortunately if you do not meet these criteria you will not be considered on this occasion.

Leading Social Housing / Maintenance Contractor is looking to recruit a Foreman to deliver Decent Homes schemes in the Grimsby region. You will be required to assist and support the Project Manager in the programme delivery and replacement of kitchen and bathrooms, central heating upgrades and electrical rewires to a wide range of tenanted social housing properties plus support the ops team in Voids Contract across the Girmsby area.

To be considered for the position of Foremen will have the following:

3 – 5 years experience as a Foreman
Experience in Social Housing projects
Experience in Decent Homes + Voids
The ability to drive completion of sites within time frame and budget
Be a key team player
Be able to deliver Health & SafetyAs a Foremen your salary will be dependent on experience and this role is an excellent opportunity to further your career for the right candidate.
