We are working with an education provider in the West Midlands area who are looking for an Fluid Power Trainer to join their team.

The role is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 37 hours per week, and you would be based at the education provider’s centre in the West Midlands area, where you would be asked to train Mechanical Engineering apprentices on their Pneumatic maintenance skills (up to level 3), for example delivering training on Festo test rigs.

The starting salary for this position is £42,000 per annum, which would be reviewed after the probationary period of 6 months. The package also includes a pension, private medical insurance, a health cash plan, and 25 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Engineering qualification
-Good industry experience of Pneumatics
-A teaching qualification OR an assessor award OR some teaching/training experience
