French Speaking Customer Service Executive

Our client is a leading and well known global tour operator now seeking an experienced French Speaking Customer Service Consultant to join its friendly and dynamic team. Duties: This exciting opportunity includes an array of tasks in which no day will be the same. The French Speaking Customer Service Executive shall be handling calls from customers and deliver an exceptional level of customer service that continually exceeds their expectations. The customer service executive shall be providing expert advice and accurate information to customers including pre and post travel bookings, amendments and cancellations whist checking travel documentation.

To be considered for this role, you must have travel agency, tour operator or hotel experience, able to read and write both French and English fluently and be able to handle a wide range of customers for pre and post travel. Ability to think on your feet, along with excellent communication skills is imperative for this customer service role along with meticulous attention to detail. Strong technical skills and Microsoft program knowledge is essential, with excellent listening and problem solving skills along with the ability to provide empathy with the customer.
