Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager (Internals) – Uxbridge – New Build Residential
Our client is a specialist contractor undertaking new build residential developments within the social housing sector with project values from £20 million – £100 million
The need now exists for a Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager (Internals) on a scheme in Uxbridge.
The project is just completing 2nd fix and the successful candidate will need to supervise and push trades through wet trades, snagging to eventually handover.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will responsible for finishes trades, help push the snagging in line with programme and to the required client’s standard and be responsible for the quality of the finish.
The ideal candidate will have strong internals experience, preferably in the residential sector in a Finishing Manager / Internals Assistant Site Manager capacity.
A current CSCS & First Aid is preferred.
An immediate start is offered with good CIS rates and 7 months work
