Residential Groundworks Site Manager, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Residential Groundworks Site Manager required to take ownership of a new groundworks subcontract package at our Project in aylesbury, Bucks..
Ideally you will have worked as a Manager with other leading groundworks subcontractors and will have a proven track record in delivering various groundworks packages from initial set up through to full completion on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* FIRST AID
Skills/Experience:
* Proven track record as a Groundworks Site Manager whilst working as a subcontractor
* Able to demonstrate good organisation skills in both site activities and administration duties.
* Good awareness and knowledge in Health and Safety, Quality and Project Delivery standards and techniques
* An excellent communicator
* Be an excellent problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box
