Financial Accountant (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading PLC based in Walsall. This is an exciting Financial Accountant position with genuine career growth prospects. Reporting into a supportive Group Reporting Manager you will be responsible for developing corporate finance models, supporting business partners with key commercial reports as well as play a key role with year end annual reports and statutory consolidations.

This role would suit a driven and dynamic qualified accountant, either straight from practice or someone with experience in a group finance function. This business offer a flexible environment and has a hybrid set up, with 2 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce statutory consolidations, annual reports and disclosures at year end
• Develop cashflow, liquidity and covenant reporting models
• Update processes and systems to drive efficiencies
• Performance and commercial modelling
•  Support the Group Tax Manager in building reports to assist tax reporting
• Intercompany balance sheet reconciliations
• Collate financial performance packs each month to enable business partners to challenge and interrogate performance assumptions
• Cash flow analysis each month
