Salary: £54,000 per year
This is such an exciting opportunity to work for one of our amazing clients as an Finance Business Partner based in Birmingham.
My client are looking to pay £54,000 a year for someone to be quote proactive and be willing to travel around sites, and show a vested interest in the business in order to perform in the role.
The working hours 37.5 per week, 7.5 hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm based North Birmingham.
This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills and experience for a well known client based in Birmingham, who provide amazing support to a number of residents across the area.
The role and responsibilities:
To manage the financial reporting and management accounting function for one of their business units. Ensuring reporting to Group Finance Director and to the business is timely, accurate and insightful.
Provide value-adding comment on performance through monthly reporting and feeding in to Group Board.
Working with the business, prepare challenging annual budget within Group timetable.
Monthly reforecasting providing an accurate view of their annual projection
The ability to provide information that feeds in to my clients 30 year financial plan.
Able to provide information on key risks and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Input in to new business/grant submissions. Challenge to deliver profitable schemes in line with their strategies.
Provide challenge and ideas for improvement. Have the personality to commitment to drive positive change.
Make best use of their reporting systems – improving the monthly reporting pack. Proving reports to scheme/project or expense code where appropriate.
Management and development of an Assistant Management Accountant
Support to deliver regulatory and statutory reporting
