Finance Business Partner

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

Anderson Knight is working exclusively with a client based in the Stirling area to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The role provides financial support and business partnership to the Managing Director. The position requires travel across Scotland.

A stand-alone role, you will work closely with numerous stakeholders within the organisation based in several business units spread across Scotland and the Scottish Islands. There is a car allowance of £8,500 plus a 15% bonus. We are searching for a confident individual with a strong personality who can clearly illustrate their financial points to senior stakeholders.

The main responsibilities the Finance Business Partner position entails are:

* Leadership and financial support to the business areas within your area of control

* Key financial support to the Scotland regional businesses and other ancillary businesses

* Full ownership of the P&L in the areas of responsibility– work with other finance business partners covering operations and marketing but vertical P&L responsibility leads

* Full oversight of all “risk vs reward” decisions in granting credit limits and payment terms

* Full oversight of all “risk vs reward” decisions in agreeing and managing hedging arrangements

* Full finance business partnership role supporting the Managing Director, Scotland and their team

In order to be considered for the role you must possess the following:

* An accountancy qualification (CIMA/CA/ACCA)

* Previous experience in a business partnering role

* Strong communication skills

* A proactive approach to work

* The ability to solve complex problems

* An outgoing personality

* A driven/motivated individual
