Job Role – Facilities & Maintenance Manager – Restaurant & Hospitality Business:

The role is ideal for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager with a strong commercial edge. Reporting into the Operations Director, the role is vital in the smooth running of the business.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Manage all hard and soft services including – but not limited to – cleaning contracts, security & overall building maintenance
Budget control
Drive strong relationships with suppliers
To prepare and expedite a planned maintenance schedule for all critical works
Drive cost reduction and quote management
Assist where appropriate the preparing of work schedules
Project Management responsibilities
Prepare reports, analyse data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
Update Property Records & Liaise with Property Director

Key Attributes – Facilities & Maintenance Manager – Restaurant & Hospitality Business:

As Facilities and Maintenance Manager you must:

Experience within a similar or relevant role
Budget Management and Building Management experience
Project management experience of refurbishment & expansion projects.
Ability to effectively plan and control all site-building operations
Strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills
FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL
