Salary: £26,000 per year
My client is looking for a Field Sales Executive on a Fixed term contract for 6 months with the intent to make the role permanent at the end of the FTC. They are a field marketing agency with expertise in sales teams across many sectors.
Their client is a telecoms company who they work with on a number of programs with a portfolio of different products. By offering a range of products, customers are provided the best solution for their needs regardless of where they are on their home tech journey. Candidates need to be personable with a passion for reaching and exceeding goals as part of a team.
We’re looking for individuals who want to get into sales or have previous experience, with a hunger for money/ success.
You will be directly responsible for driving sales of a transformational broadband package and complimentary services within your city by engaging with potential customers in their homes. As a Field Sales Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales process, generating leads, managing your pipeline, and ultimately closing the sale.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or progress their sales career as no experience is necessary – Full training will be given, the project is in its early stages, and we are looking for successful people to grow their careers along with the account.
Previous sales experience is not essential as we will provide first-class training, this is a field-based role that will require a lot of walking so a good level of tenacity and fitness is required
Ideally, you will have the following skills and qualities:
* Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Have the desire to hit targets and overachieve
* Provide daily insight with your line manager
* Handle customer objections using your first-class training to get sales over the line
* Enjoy working outside and keeping physically active
* Manage your diary efficiently and build a strong pipeline
* Work as part of a great team
* An eye for detail ensuring accurate and timely data capture
The package is as follows:
* Guaranteed basic of £20,000
* OTE £35,000
