Are you an experienced Facilities Manager? Do you have a strong background in M&E or hard Services?
This could be what you’re looking for!

Overseeing a team of Hard Services Ops on this new and exciting FM project, your key responsibilities will be:
* To act as an operational representative for Facilities Services
* Create and maintain a safety culture and environment in keeping with regulations and requirements
* Deliver maintenance services in accordance with the contract, meeting agreed financial targets and maintaining excellent commercial awareness
* Ensure all processes and procedures carried out on site are in line with company information
* To contribute to the delivery of high quality Facilities Services through effective and efficient operation, maintenance and development of all hard facilities management services and equipment
* Prepare and review schedules of maintenance to be carried out by the on site Hard Services team
* Oversee and manage all contractors on site
* Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships
To be a successful candidate for this Facilities Manager role you must:

? Have a solid career history in Facilities Management, preferably with an M&E background
? Be knowledgeable about current H&S legislation
? Ideally have a background in specialist buildings
? Hold an HNC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical services
? Have team management experience
? Have knowledge of security and CCTV systems
