Facilities Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading International Real Estate Consultancy as a Facilities Manager. As a well established firm they already boast a huge portfolio of prestigious clients across a broad range of sectors and services.

Working out of Leeds, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of an effective and compliant FM service through in-house staff, suppliers and consultants – across hard and soft services – within a portfolio of approximately 10 properties of varying size and type. These will include multi occupied buildings, retail and leisure parks as well as business parks.

Must be able to work on a number of different client preferred financial systems and H&S platforms. Reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), cleaning services and health & safety related estates activities. Working with external contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that each site is fully compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation, and will ensure that all works are delivered to relevant SLA’s and KPI’s and within each sites service charge budget.

The ideal candidates will have worked in a similar landlord/managing agent environment, where they have had responsibility for the operational management of multi-tenanted commercial office and/or industrial buildings.

Previous experience of working with property services charges is essential, as are excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A qualification in relevant services or disciplines is desirable although not essential.
