Regional Facilities Manager – South West London

We are looking to recruit a Regional Facilities Manager to deliver the Total Facilities Management to a group of ten high value commercial properties in the areas across Battersea, Lambeth, Morden, Wimbledon and Streatham.

Together the key responsibilities of the management would be to deliver;

• Management of TFM Contract with particular emphasis on statutory building compliance
• Refurbishment Projects and life cycle replacement of essential plant.
• Responsible for management of all Sub-contract service providers.
• Responsible of building fabric maintenance and regulations fulfilment.
• Improvement to daily maintenance operations through new initiatives
• Fully responsible of budget and works planning.

As the regional manager in this specialist field you will work closely with building managers across each of the sites to ensure that the stresses of handling the day to day Facilities Management are handled in a clam and measured approach.

You will provide reassurance and professional guidance to the maintenance and FM teams across the portfolio. In your hands will be the delivery of the total FM via the management of the sub-contractors and suppliers of services to the buildings in your region.
